Greetings from SWISCO. I see a couple of parts here that need to be replaced, so let's get right to it. For your top sash guide, our 18-008 appears to look like a match. Let us know if you agree.

For your channel balance, could our Series 385 replace what you have now? Look into it. If so, get back to us with the metal channel length as well as the stamped marking on the balance. I was unable to read it off from your photo.
