Window parts

A home owner from Billerica, MA says:

I had a handyman come to my house to look at a window that wouldn't stay open and he told me I needed to order these parts for the window. I need 2 of each.

Let's start with the white nylon piece you show in your first photo. This looks like it can be replaced with our 15-056. In the second photo, your pivot bar could be replaced with either our 26-164 or 26-416. You will need to compare your part to each of these product numbers to see if any of these would be a good match. To do that, you will need to remove yours from the window. Snap off the nylon button and you will see a screw. Remove the screw and slide out the pivot bar. From there, you should be able to compare your piece with ours.
