Window parts

These are from Binning's Pan American windows I installed when building a new house on Marco Island,FL in 1985. The pictures are from two 25 single hungs. The channel balances measure 31'long and work fine yet after some lubrication but I have a broken left top guide on one. I also have a 13 single hung in the kitchen which I don't want to take apart to measure if I don't have to. I would like to replace the balances on these so I am hoping you will know which channel balance this one will take based on the others The sash measures 19 1/4" tall on the inside. I also need some of the take out clips. Do you have one that will work with these windows?
