Window parts
Hello,
It looks like you need a pivot shoe, pivot bar and possibly some glazing. We should be able to provide replacement parts but we'll need to see these parts undamaged and removed from the window to make our recommendations. As for the glazing, we'll need to see it removed and from a side profile as shown below. Thank you!
Thank you! We can replace the pivot bar and pivot shoe, but I'm afraid we don't have a match for that glazing. It looks like it might be part of the frame itself, which is not anything we can help with. You would have to get in touch with the maker of the window.
As for the pivot bar, see our 26-450. Carefully compare the hole positioning we show in our dimensions to your own. That will confirm if it will work. For the shoe, it could be either our 15-188 or 15-178, depending on the thickness. Look over our dimensions and see which is closer.
