The balance is 18 inches long and 3/8 inch thick. The sash weighs 10 lbs.

Hello! It looks to me like you have an S400-18 spiral balance and a 17-010 bracket. Since your sash is 10 pounds, I also recommend the Red Tip color option. Look these parts over and let me know if you agree.
