Paul from SWISCO responded:

Hello there. You are correct in identifying the coil springs, the S170-407 & S171-407. Now, Simonton has replaced your pivot bar with the 26-336. We don't have the exact Simonton pivot shoe, but you can use the 15-192, but the metal cam is slightly different, so we recommend swapping it out with the one from your old shoe.

Thank you
What about the plastic spring holder is there one for holding 2 springs or do you use 2 single holders

We use individual spring covers for this balance system. See the 15-156, as well as the 15-157 Drum. These 'sandwich' around the coil balance.
