Spiral Balance Window Parts

Quick Learner from Fernandina Beach, Fl
I have some spiral balances which consist of two different lengths everything else is the same they are 25 and 29 inches in length and 3/8 inches in diameter. The other white piece is 1inch in width, 1 7/8 inches in length and 3/8 inches thick. Also I'm attaching a picture of the screw that holds the balance at the top of the window I'm not sure if you have these or not. Thank you for help.

Hello. First off, for the pivot shoe see if our 15-045 matches up. For the spiral balances, be sure you're measuring the diameter of the outer plastic tube, rather than the spiral rod itself. If that outer tube diameter is indeed 3/8", please also make sure you're measuring up to and not including the colored tip for the length. If your lengths and diameter are accurate, then see our S900-25 and S900-29. I would obtain the exact weight of the window sashes these windows support to confirm what Color Tip options to select. Finally, for a new fastener see our 33-016. Also see the 75-006 Charging Tool if needed. Let me know if you have further questions.
