Hi there!
Looking at your pictures, I think you might have a tilt window, but I don't know what the diameter of the outer tube is. If the tube is 3/8", I recommend our Series 900 balance. If it's 5/8", I recommend our Series 600 instead. In order to identify your pivot shoe, we'll need to see it removed from the window and we'll need to know its exact thickness and width. As for removing the pivot shoe, I've attached two different videos on the removal process. Take a look and let me know if this helps.
