Your hardware looks like a match for our 15-175 that's designed to use the Series 152 coil springs. If you need new coil supports, see our 15-143 bushing, 15-144 cap and 15-145 barrel. As for the pivot bar, start by taking a look at our 26-226 and 26-352. You'll need to remove yours from the sash and compare the dimensions to determine if one of these matches up.
