Window parts

Question

I need to replace the springs and the sliders (where the spring and window attach).

I'm providing some pictures to show what the parts look like.

The window height is 50" and the length of the tube which houses the spring is 24".

The slider dimensions are on the pictures.
But to summarize the slider is roughly 1.7" long and the width is roughly 1".

Hello, Emilio. Looks like you need a spiral balance and pivot shoe. The spiral balance could be either our 3/8" diameter Series 600 or the 3/8" diameter Series 900. You'll have to measure the diameter of the tube to verify.

As for the pivot shoe, it's difficult to say what you have while it's still installed. I'm also not sure what the thickness is, and the width is obscured by the track, so that measurement is likely not gong to be accurate. You really need to remove these before you measure.

Your next step should be to do that, then get back to me with the width" x thickness" and a photo of it clear of the track. I can then make a recommendation from our inventory.
