The base of your operator attaches to the window sill like our 39-001 and 39-002. Review our dimensions below and compare them to your original assembly. 

Unfortunately, we don't carry your exact locking handle since it's pretty old but take a look at the similar parts that we've related on this page to see if one of them could work as a replacement. Thanks for posting!
