It looks like you are showing the pulley string and screw tab of a channel balance. We should be able to help but we would need to see the entire balance assembly removed from the window to compare to our inventory. We'll relate a few videos on this page to assist you depending on the type of window and hardware that you have. Thank you! 

Thanks for getting back to us but we will also need to see the fitting attached to the opposite end of the metal channel to determine how the sash engages with the balance assembly.
