Window parts

Question

I am looking to fix my wood clad double hung windows,  the balances and the pieces that attach them to the windows no longer work. The track itself is fine. I am attaching pictures of existing parts. The windows are in great shape. They have long 32 inch springs inside a cover. Do you have retro parts available? Any help you can provide is appreciated .

Take a look at the Series 500 along with the 17-012 bracket which is sold separately. Review the specifications and see if you think this could be something you can adapt to your window.
