These rails are for tip out windows the metal part of the rail measures 24" x 1/2" x 1/2" I hope you can help the cord attaches at the top with a screw.

To further review, is there any type of attachment or hook at the end of the pulley cord? Seeing any attachments will help us identify the series your window uses.
