Thanks for posting! Your window operator reminds me of the 39-090 Window Dyad Crank; the opposite handed version is the 39-089. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, take a look over the diagram below. Be sure to compare the dimensions and the shape of the gear arm to determine if this is the right fit.

The compatible handle is the 39-114L Crank Handle.

Your look looks similar to either the 38-095 with a medium slider or the 38-096 with a long slider. To confirm which of these is the right replacement carefully compare the dimensions below. They both have the same 3-13/16" measurement for the installation hole spacing.
