Unforutnately, I'm not sure what the function is of the part shown in your photo. If it is a type of sash limiter installed at the top of the window, our best option would be the 55-043 depending on how the dimensions compare to yours.

If it is a type of balance cover, unfortunately, that is not something that we can supply but you may be able to find one at a local hardware store.
