Thanks for posting! Your coil balance assembly can be replaced with our 15-251 Inverted Universal Single Support. We've recommended this to many other customers and have confirmed that it does work in place of the one you have.

Measurements of 15-251

This support is compatible with the Series 160 Coil Balance. Since yours is stamped with a 10, I believe you may need the S160-10 Coil Balance; although, it would be a good idea to confirm whether your sash weighs 20lbs or not.

You may also need the 16-033 Mounting Bracket.
