Window parts

Hello there,

I hope to get your help to identify and purchase the parts. I see "21TG" stamped on the channel balance and "8254" on the Pivot Bar. I wonder if these items below are the right replacement parts. I also need to identify the right end bracket. Thank you

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I agree that the pivot bar looks like a match for the 26-377 if the specifications align. The balance looks like more of a match for the Series 770. Your old stamp doesn't match up with any of our stamps though. You'll have to weigh the window sash and refer to the chart under the product description to determine the proper stamp option for your replacements.

Please note that the Series 770 uses a screw to install. Let us know if your balance uses something else.

I'm not sure what you mean by end bracket, however. Can you clarify that for us? Would we be able to see a photo of the part?
