We need to order a 1 replacement channel balance which has numbers 29 6 HW CMC 11 on it for a non tilt window. Not sure of type to order. It measures 30 in in length and is 1/2 wide. Photos are attached.

Also need 4 top sash guides which measure 5/8" Top Sash Guide

Also need 6 Face Guides

The balance looks similar to SWISCO product code S385-30, and there is a 2960 stamp option available.

The top sash guide looks similar to our 18-166, take a look and compare the dimensions to your original part.

Thank you for the info and recommendations. Are the face guides universal because the only ones I see are for spiral balance? The face guides i need measure 1/2 X 9/16 X 1/16 but they look almost exactly the same as the 67-026, Are there ones specifically for non tilt windows or do the 67-026 work?

Face guides are not specific to windows that use non-tilt spiral balances or non-tilt channel balance systems. Match up to your original shape and size and you should be good to go.
