Thanks for posting. You most likely need an S380-31 Channel Balance, with a stamp option of 3030. Just make sure the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe is 1", as shown below.

Thank you. Took a pic of the depth. Not sure if it's 1 inch or 7/8. Want to make sure I order the right items.

We can't confirm based on a photo but it does look like your shoe measures under 1" deep. If so, the 7/8" deep S378-31 (3030) balances would be the way to go.
