It appears your balance uses the 15-044 attachment that connects to the 15-216 pivot shoe. Please compare the dimensions below to confirm a good fit! 

We can provide this balance configuration via a custom order. To further review, can you confirm how the spring balance installs at the top? Does it screw in or use a hook? We will also need to know the length of the metal channel along with the number/letter stamped on it. Thank you!
