Thanks for your post! We may be able to provide you with a replacement or a suitable alternative for your tilt latch. May I see an undamaged version of it? It would also help to see a photo of how the latch installs in the window.

The balances are assembled using the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. This shoe is compatible with the Series 180 Coil Balance, which is secured to the shoe using the 33-073 screw and anchored the window channel using the 15-181 Double Support Detent Clip and the 15-182 Balance Bushing.

Thanks for the additional photos. I'm sorry to say we do not have have an exact replacement match for the internal latch you need. Our best solution would be to use latches like our 26-228 and 26-229 to convert the window to one that uses surface mounted latches.

You'll need to take a look over the measurements to confirm that they would be a fit for the top of the sash. There are also an assortment of surface mounted latches on the website that can be used for this if the two recommended latches would not be a fit.
