We can't be sure based on damaged pivot bars but the 26-129 is similar. Take a look and compare the specifications below to an intact version of your part.

As for the spiral balances, we usually go by the length of the tube for the old balance. If the original hardware is missing from some of the windows, we'll need to know the exact height of the visible glass for the sash that the balances support. We can use that to calculate the best length. Please also provide the weight of the sash so we can recommend the best tip color.

If you need new pivot shoes, we'll need to see yours uninstalled, as well as have you write out the exact width and thickness to compare to our inventory. Thank you! 

If you're still unsure of the balance height needed for any of the windows that aren't opening all the way, please get back to us with the height of the visible glass in the sash, and I'll be happy to have one of our senior experts check on this for you. It's also possible that the balances could be old and do not have enough tension to support the full weight of the sash, which could be why it's dropping.
