Plastic parts at the end of the metal channel.
the number 36c is stamped on the metal channel.
I also need to purchase the metal pop rivets and rivet tool to install the plastic parts.The window brand is Weather Shield from Medford, Wisconsin.

This window balance has a wingless top guide and winged bottom shoe like the Series 350 Channel Balance. Yours is marked with a 36C, so the length should be 37". That said, I believe you'll need the S350-37 with a 3630 stamp. A pair of these will support a sash weighing 18 to 23lbs.

The nylon part you are searching for is the top sash guide. We do not have an exact replacement match for yours but the 18-008 or 18-008H appear to be the closest.
