Thanks for your post! The window part you are searching for is the tilt window latch. I believe you may be able to use either the 26-243A and 26-244A or the 26-393A (sold as a pair) to replace what you have.

Carefully look over each of their dimensions to determine which style would be the best fit for the sash. Their specifications can be found on the website.
