Window parts

A home owner from Winchester, Virginia says:
My windows are Simonton windows. They're single hung. They're white. Some of the parts are broken on the windows. I called the company and they said they no longer make these windows and referred me to you as a place that might have the parts.

First two pics...0779 & 0780...are the same piece. They're white. There are no markings or numbers on the part that I can see. The piece is a plastic piece that sits on the top edge, both sides of the bottom pane. You pull the tab on it inwards and it enables the bottom half of the window to fall out of the track and swing in (like a release).

The last two pics...0781 & 0782...are the same piece. The outer casing is white. There are no markings or numbers on them that I can see. Under the plastic casing are two silver metal coils? This piece goes inside the window tract on both sides of each window.

For the tilt latch, start with our 26-243 and 26-244. As for the coil balance cover, I'm not as sure. Could you tell me the thickness of the springs? In the meantime, you can see our entire selection here.
