Window parts broken

Question

Looking for assistance with three broken window pieces

1. The first (picture titled window 8) screwed into picture titled window 4. There were two that broke and the top part of the window came crashing down when opening.

2. The second piece (picture titled window 7) came from the bottle inside of the window and got crunched when the top came crashing down on it due to the broken pieces described above. This piece measures 5.5 inches in height and 1.25 inches in width.

3. The third piece (picture titled window 5) snapped. It was sitting in the space seen in the picture titled window 1. It measures 2 inches in height.

Any help identifying replacement parts is greatly appreciated.

Hey there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like you have the 16-031 mounting bracket which is used with the Series 180 coil balances. There should be a number stamped on the spring that indicates the weight as well.

The screw normally used to mount the 16-031 bracket is the 33-072 but you might need a longer screw since it pulled out when the sash fell. For the vent stop, see if the 26-474 or 26-122's specifications match up.

Unfortunately, the sash stop is no longer available. I'm afraid we don't sell a replacement or alternative. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
