Window parts broken

Question

I have two windows which are broken. I can't open and close easily due to the parts are broken (see two pictures uploaded). Could you let me know which part should I order?

Hello! Looks like you have two types of Andersen casement window operators. For the first picture, see our 39-094 and 39-095. For the second picture, see our 39-146 and 39-147 instead. Carefully review these parts and let me know how they match.
