Window parts in apartment need replacing

Question

Hi, I have windows in an apartment and the last tenant broke some stuf,f I have pictures and will include them. There are 3 pictures of the spring rods and 2 pictures of the slider things that the pins go into. I have pictures of the pins also and a picture of the screw receiver, maybe 1/4 x 1/4 inch, that the spring rod attaches on the sill many of those are broken I think of old age.

I hope you have the parts that I need. i need 8 of the slider things , 3 of the spring rods, 12 or so of the screw receivers and 4 pins.

I can send more pictures but I ran out of room.

Thanks for contacting us. I think we can help, but we need a bit more information. Can you tell me the diameter of the outer tube of the balance? If it's 3/8", I recommend our Series 900. If it's 5/8" or 9/16", then I recommend our Series 600 instead.

As for the shoe, can you tell me its thickness?
