Hello there. This might be the 39-031 Dual-Arm Operator. Just make sure the arm dimensions match what is shown below. Let me know if anything differs. For a new cover and handle, see the 39-107 and 39-114L, sold separately.

Ok that is all very helpful. The measurements are the same. I have another part that needs to be replaced. It is the top handle of the window that seems to be missing a spring. Please see the photo below. Thanks!
