I need the entire coil balance replacement part for one of my vinyl replacement windows. It was manufactured my allied. The number on the window is 116-240513. Can you help?

We can help, but we need to see the balance. Specifically, we want to see a photo of the "pivot shoe" with the turning center – the part that the coil attaches to.
