We have aluminum windows, non tiltable that uses channel balance 2830. This part is missing for some as a result the channel balance doesn't go down with the wondow

Thanks for reaching out! The window balance can be replaced with either the S351-29 or the S390-29. You'll need to measure the depth of the shoe to confirm the right series.

Our 2830 stamp will support a sash weighing 16 to 23lbs.
