Window parts needed not sure of make or brand

Question

Hello.
I have 6 windows in my home in various states of repair. some need Tilt locks (which I already purchased from your website), some need main locks, some need parts for the balances.
Please tell me if you have the pqartws needed to hold and guide the balances and the locks and any other hatdware you feel I may need. Thanks much!

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 15-231 pivot shoe. Compare below to confirm a good fit!

Dimensions for 15-231

For the spiral balance, you could either have the 5/8" diameter tube Series 600 or the 3/8" diameter tube Series 900. You will need to measure the diameter and length of the tube to confirm the best fit along with matching up the color of the tip. Also see the 75-006 charging tool as well.

For a new lock, are you able to show us pictures of your original to move forward?

If you also need a new pivot bar, we will need to see the original removed from the sash with dimensions. Thank you!
