Window parts needed to be replaced

Thanks for your post! I'm confident we have a replacement recommendation we can make for the window hinges. I'll just need to know the measurement for the length of the track installed to the window sill.

The window operator appears to be the 39-253RB Encore Dual Arm Operator. The left handed version is the 39-253LB. To confirm that this style is the correct replacement, carefully review and compare the dimensions below.

You'll need either the 39-452 or 39-376 (folding) cover and handle kit to replace the existing one. The opposite versions of these can be found below along with the operator and the other compatible hardware and accessories.

The hardware at the top of the window is also the casement window hinge. The closest replacement match we have appears to be the 36-090-13 Stainless Steel Egress Snap-on Set. Carefully review the dimensions below to confirm that this is a match.

This hinge set will work to replace both the top and bottom hinge, as is advised. These can be use to replace the left and right hand side.
