the window is a tilt in and the spring on both sides are broken. I believe I need to spring only but not sure exactly which part to order.
on the sliding door the latch does not work. I think I might need a whole new handle but I again I am not sure what to order.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Looks like you need a new coil balance and patio door handle.
The patio door handle is easiest, so we'll start with that. I suggest looking at our 82-055 or 82-003. These appear to match the original style but the best match will depend on hole spacing.
For the coil spring, what I need to see is the pivot shoe. That acts as a "key" that lets me determine just about everything else for the assembly. You'll also need the stamp printed on the old spring.
