Window piece

Question

Hi my window balance needs to be replaced. I have the proper pieces for that.
The photo shows a plastic piece that broke off that basically anchors the balance to move window up and down. what is this piece called and where can I purchase it?

Hello,

Unforutnately, we do not carry an exact match for your top sash guide. Our closest option would be the 18-009. The catch is that you have to trim the top lip down to be flush with the body to fit your sash frame opening. This has been used by past customers with great success to replace the old Milgard top sash guide. Thanks for posting!
