Replacement pieces for Comfort-plus window

Question

This is a comfort plus window 27.75 inch x 53.50 inch tilt out sash. The matching piece that fits into the hole in the counter balance track is missing. The photo identifies one part of two much like a lock and key. This gives stability to the window as it tilts in or out. This window is about 10 years old I'm told. Can you help? Thanks. Michael

Looks like you need a new pivot bar. I can't really make yours out from these photos, though, since it's still installed. It could be something like the 26-423, but that's just a guess. You'll ultimately need to remove the original to see how well it matches up to this product.
