It appears that you are in need of new tilt window spiral balances and tilt latches.

For the spiral balance, the balance could either use the 5/8" diameter tube Series 600 or the Series 900 that has a 3/8" diameter tube. You will need to obtain the diameter and length of the tube to choose the correct series.

There should be a colored tip at the end of the balance tube that indicates the spring strength option needed to support the sash, but if not, you will need to weigh the window sash and compare to the strength chart on the series product page to choose the correct colored tip option.

For the tilt latch, we will need to know the distance between the installation holes from center to center. From there we can compare to our selection to determine if we can provide a suitable replacement option. Thank you!
