Reference# D77223 - Sorry for the wrong nomenclature. Apparently, I'm looking for a "Pivot Bar" I was able to find additional info on the header labeled "Lawrence INV 31348" if that helps at all.

Take a look at our 26-366 pivot bar. It doesn't have the same double horns on the tip like yours, but I think it could still fit in the pivot shoe. Compare the dimensions of the body to yours and let me know your thoughts.
