Window "pin" that fits into spring loaded balance on a double hung tilting window

Not sure what it is called... But, my tilting double hung windows have a pin that serves as the pivot point that has rusted away. It screws into the wood frame of the window and fits into a hole in the plastic shuttle in the spring loaded mechanism on each side. Is this something you carry?
