Window pivet lock shoe and pivet bar

Quick Learner from Illinois
I need help identifying the parts I would need to fix some double hung windows. In the pictures, the pivet bar is about 2 3/4" long, 1/4" wide and 3/16" thick. It is held with 2 screws that are about 3/4" apart, center to center. The second hole is oblong. The end of the pivet bar is about 3/8" in diameter. The pin on the end is about 3/16" wide and 1/4" long.

The pivet lock shoe has the following approximate sizes. I didn't take it out and just roughly measured. It is about 2" long, 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" wide and 1/2" thick. The lock shoe is connected up to balance spring with what looks like a nylon string with a metal end that fits into the lock shoe.

I could not find anything on the windows as to who the manufacturer is or any model numbers. Let me know if there is anything else I could take a picture of or measure that might help identify the part numbers.

Thanks for posting. For the pivot bar, start by looking at our 26-226. This looks quite similar, and though it lacks the oblong-shaped hole yours has, so long as at least one of the holes match up with the holes used on your pivot bar, then I think this should work for you. See the diagram below to compare.

For the pivot shoe, based on the shape you probably have either our 15-178 or 15-188. The 15-178 is 17/32" thick, while the 15-188 is 1/2" thick. You will need to remove the shoe and obtain exact measurements to determine if either of these shoes match what you need. The video below shows how to remove and replace pivot shoes.
