Hello,

It looks like you need a pivot bar. we may be able to supply a replacement but we'll need to see an undamaged part removed from the sash to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Well, that is a problem as we are having trouble pulling the window loose on that side to see the remaining pivot bar. We will have another go at it, though, and get back to you. Thank you

No problem. The process is not usually as easy as it appears but take a look at our video below showing the process of removing a tilt-window sash and swapping out the pivot bars.
