Hi,
I have at least two windows that won't stay open because the pivot bar is broken. There is a label that says Victoria. Which replacement parts do I need.

Hello! This pivot bar is an older version of our 26-438. The manufacturer discontinued your old type and now only makes this. It will work, but you may need to file down the top and bottom edges of the "collar" that surrounds the tip.
