Window pivot bar, feet?

Hello this piece broke off my window. The part that it slides into is part 4610108.

also this is from the upper half (sash?) of the window that can be pulled down to open the top portion.

It is going to be difficult to identify your pivot bar by seeing only this piece. Flared Pivot Bar, 26-369 and Top Sash Pivot Bar, 26-400 could be contenders. I suggest you remove a pivot bar from another window so you can compare your measurements to ours.
