Window pivot bar for Farley window

Looking to replace this pivot bar for a Farley window. It has a slightly T head with two holes. Hole measurements are above in picture

Hello,
Your photo resembles the 26-360 pivot bar. As long as one installation hole backset and the rest of the dimensions match yours, you should be good to go. Thanks for posting!
