Window pivot bars and tension spring broken

Question

Hello,

I have two windows where both pairs of pivot bars broke off of the sash and both tension springs are missing. I've included pictures of the broken sash and photos of the bars and spring for an identical window in my home. Can you help me identify the new parts I need and how to repair the sash?

Sure, we can help! For the balance, see our 15-111 shoe and Series 160 spring. As for the pivot bar, it's hard to tell what it is while it's still installed, but it looks like it could be our 26-021. You will need to re-use the old retainer that plugged into the sash.
