I want to know if this piece Circled red comes with the packaging or is this a different type of pivot lock, also what is the return policy?

We appreciate your patience during this busy season. The 15-178 and 15-188 resemble your old pivot shoe. Both of them come with the metal portion circled in your photo. We recommend reviewing the specifications for these parts to see which is the better match. Note that you'll have to remove the old pivot shoe for accurate measurements.
