Window pivot lock shoe?

Question

I can't get my lower tilt window sash out because of these parts that are over the pivot. Do you know how to remove the sash with this type of hardware?

Hello,

For guidance with removing your sash, take a look at the video below. The balance featured in the video is different than what you have but the process for removing the sash it the same. The key is angling the sash a bit before popping out one corner at a time.
