Your pivot shoe resembles either the 15-178 or 15-188. The primary difference between the two parts is the depth as shown below. I'd recommend double-checking your shoe to confirm the correct size.
The 26-226 pivot bar is also commonly used with these parts. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to yours.
I also recognize the foam seal shown in your photos that, unfortunately, was discontinued. To my knowledge, it hasn't been made in years. The only product we offer that may replace it is our 58-170B, but I've had mixed reports from customers who have tried it.
Some customers have said it works fine, while others have said that the kerf isn't large enough. It seems to be a coin flip. I can't say for sure if it will work in your case but it remains our best option. Look it over and see what you think.
