Thank you for your post. I don't recognize this pivot bar at first glance, but we may be able to help. Can you show me how it attaches to the window sash, and also the pivot shoe and coil balance assembly it interacts with? We will do our best to assist you from there.

Thank you. Based on the design of your pivot shoe, I believe you can get our 26-021 to work. This only has one "horn," compared to your original that has two, but it should still work the same way.

This appears to be the 15-251 Single Support, 15-252 Dual Support, or 15-253 Triple Support, depending on how many coils your window uses per side. These supports use Series 160 Coil Springs. Let me know if you have further questions.
